Thank you for bringing your pet to visit us! Please prepare for your appointment by reading the following:
- Please check in for your appointment via Chat on our website or by calling in 302-762-2694. If you cannot get through or we do not respond to your chat, please be patient and try again.
- Please remain in your car until we text you that you may come in with your pet. If you do not hear from us within 10 minutes of checking in, please give us a call.
- Properly worn masks are required. At this time, we are only allowing one human inside per appointment.
- Urgent care visits, technician appointments, vaccine-only appointments, and nail trims will continue to be curbside or drop-off only.
- You are more than welcome to continue curbside care whether for safety or convenience.
